Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for critical roles across the company, including specialized technical positions
- Design and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent using various innovative approaches
- Build interview processes to effectively evaluate hands-on skill sets and technical decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of recruiting experience in fast-growing startups or early-stage companies
- Experience recruiting in aerospace & defense or related deep-tech/hardware domains
- Proven ability to recruit deeply technical individual contributors and engineering managers
- Strong sourcing and assessment skills for candidates with hands-on work experience
- Ambition to work in a fast-paced environment
