Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for critical roles across the company, including specialized technical positions
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent using various innovative approaches
• Build interview processes to effectively evaluate hands-on skill sets and technical decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of recruiting experience in fast-growing startups or early-stage companies
• Experience recruiting in aerospace & defense or related deep-tech/hardware domains
• Proven ability to recruit deeply technical individual contributors and engineering managers
• Strong sourcing and assessment skills for candidates with hands-on work experience
• Ambition to work in a fast-paced environment
