Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead high-volume hiring across technical and tech-adjacent roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of open requisitions across technical consulting and tech sales roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align on recruiting strategy
- Source qualified candidates and manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience within technical consulting environments
- Strong sourcing skills with success in hard-to-fill roles
- Proven ability to draft job descriptions and translate qualifications into interview questions
- Experience hiring for multiple vacancies in a competitive labor market
- Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies
