Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead high-volume hiring across technical and tech-adjacent roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of open requisitions across technical consulting and tech sales roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align on recruiting strategy
  • Source qualified candidates and manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience within technical consulting environments
  • Strong sourcing skills with success in hard-to-fill roles
  • Proven ability to draft job descriptions and translate qualifications into interview questions
  • Experience hiring for multiple vacancies in a competitive labor market
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies
