Job Summary
Technical Recruiter, seeking a full-time remote recruiter with at least 5 years of experience in technical recruiting to proactively source talent, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to enhance the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage technical talent across various roles using multiple channels
- Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with business needs and skill sets
- Manage the candidate experience and provide market insights to hiring leaders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in engineering consulting or related fields
- Experience in matrixed organizations, balancing multiple stakeholders
- Strong sourcing expertise and ability to engage passive candidates
- Proven track record in providing talent insights and recruiting guidance
