Job Summary

Technical Recruiter, seeking a full-time remote recruiter with at least 5 years of experience in technical recruiting to proactively source talent, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to enhance the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in engineering consulting or related fields
• Experience in matrixed organizations, balancing multiple stakeholders
• Strong sourcing expertise and ability to engage passive candidates
• Proven track record in providing talent insights and recruiting guidance
