• Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for technical roles, emphasizing senior engineering talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and interview processes
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies and improve recruiting processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• 3+ years of recruiting experience for tech or high-growth startups
• 2+ years of recruiting in the defense industry or an adjacent field
• Full lifecycle recruiting experience with various interview methodologies
• Experience with recruiting tools, including ATS and internet sourcing tools
