Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- 3+ years of recruiting experience for tech or high-growth startups
- 2+ years of recruiting in the defense industry or an adjacent field
- Full lifecycle recruiting experience with various interview methodologies
- Experience with recruiting tools, including ATS and internet sourcing tools
