Job Summary

To support hiring across Engineering, Product, and AI-focused roles, the full-time hybrid Technical Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, build high-quality candidate pipelines, and partner closely with hiring managers to attract top technical talent.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and AI-related roles while managing active requisitions
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates, delivering a steady flow of qualified candidates
  • Run structured intake meetings with hiring managers and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Required qualifications
  • 3-6+ years of recruiting experience focused on technical roles
  • Experience hiring for Engineering, Product, and/or AI-related positions
  • Strong track record of sourcing and engaging passive candidates
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and outbound outreach strategies
  • Ability to work closely with hiring managers and influence hiring strategies
