Job Summary
To support hiring across Engineering, Product, and AI-focused roles, the full-time hybrid Technical Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, build high-quality candidate pipelines, and partner closely with hiring managers to attract top technical talent.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and AI-related roles while managing active requisitions
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates, delivering a steady flow of qualified candidates
- Run structured intake meetings with hiring managers and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Required qualifications
- 3-6+ years of recruiting experience focused on technical roles
- Experience hiring for Engineering, Product, and/or AI-related positions
- Strong track record of sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Proficiency with sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and outbound outreach strategies
- Ability to work closely with hiring managers and influence hiring strategies
