Job Summary

To support a prominent client, the remote Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and corporate roles within a fast-paced global technology organization, focusing on sourcing, candidate engagement, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates while building diverse talent pipelines
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing recruiting insights, market intelligence, and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience
Required Qualifications
  • 4-7+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in technical and engineering recruiting
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes in technology, telecommunications, engineering, or public safety industries
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday Recruiting
  • Strong knowledge of OFCCP and EEO compliance requirements
  • Experience leveraging recruiting metrics and analytics to drive hiring decisions
