Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Staff Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruiting efforts across technical and non-technical roles, focusing on specialized areas such as marketing, sales, engineering, and AI/ML while partnering with leadership to define hiring strategies and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for specialized roles, collaborating with executives and hiring managers
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions in competitive markets
- Enhance recruiting operations and candidate experience through improved workflows and communication standards
Required qualifications
- Significant experience recruiting for highly technical roles in engineering, AI/ML, or security
- Demonstrated success in closing difficult searches and delivering high-quality hires
- Strong sourcing capabilities with a focus on building relationships with exceptional talent
- Experience collaborating with technical stakeholders on role definition and candidate evaluation
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive recruiting initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment
