Job Summary

Owning the full-cycle recruiting process, the full-time remote Technical Recruiter will focus on hiring for software engineering, infrastructure, data, security, and technical leadership roles while enhancing the recruiting infrastructure and standards at Flex.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for various technical roles, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and evaluation criteria
  • Develop and implement outbound sourcing strategies to attract exceptional technical talent across multiple platforms
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to improve processes and maintain high hiring standards within the organization
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical roles
  • Proven success in recruiting software engineers and other technical profiles in competitive markets
  • Experience in building or enhancing hiring processes and frameworks
  • Strong sourcing skills with a strategic approach to filling hard-to-fill roles
  • Highly organized and data-driven, capable of diagnosing and improving recruitment funnels
