Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter for a 3-month remote contract, who will manage full lifecycle recruitment for Product and Engineering roles, build efficient candidate pipelines, and deliver results with minimal supervision during a critical growth phase.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical roles
• Identify and engage qualified candidates through various outreach and networking strategies
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines in the ATS while providing a positive recruiting experience

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a recruiting agency or high-growth company
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other sourcing tools
• Experience recruiting for technical roles, particularly Product Managers and Software Engineers
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle confidential information
• Passion for sourcing diverse talent and engaging passive candidates creatively
