Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support semiconductor manufacturing efforts, the temporary Technical Recruiter will manage candidate activity within the ATS, coordinate interview scheduling, and monitor recruiting metrics while working remotely for a duration of 3 to 6 months.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate the recruiting process
• Build candidate pipelines through sourcing and networking efforts
• Create a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sourcing
• 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
