Job Summary
Owning full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, the full-time remote Technical Recruiter will proactively source and close senior technical talent across Europe and Latin America while ensuring a positive candidate experience and navigating global hiring models.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical recruiting processes, collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles
- Source and assess senior engineers and technical talent, building strong pipelines through various sourcing methods
- Advise on global hiring models and ensure compliant practices while improving recruiting processes and documentation
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter with full-cycle hiring ownership
- Experience hiring for founding engineering positions at early-stage startups
- Demonstrated success in hiring engineers and technical roles in Europe and Latin America
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates
- Comfortable operating independently in a fractional or contract capacity
