Job Summary
To support a growing demand for technical talent, the remote contract Technical Recruiter will drive end-to-end recruitment for complex R&D roles, acting as a strategic advisor to leadership while designing and scaling engineering recruiting programs.
Key responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for complex R&D roles, including defining success profiles and negotiating offers
- Act as a strategic advisor to engineering and product leadership, using market intelligence to influence hiring strategies
- Develop and deliver strategic recruiting plans to proactively source and hire high-quality talent for hard-to-fill engineering and product roles
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of in-house and/or agency recruiting experience, with 4+ years in a technical recruiting role at a global tech company
- Proven success in hiring for software engineering, machine learning/AI, and engineering management roles
- Demonstrated ability to proactively source and build a technical talent pipeline
- Strong expertise in talent data analytics and market intelligence
- Advanced knowledge of current trends and best practices in technical recruiting
