Job Summary
To support a growing engineering staffing team, the remote Technical Recruiter will develop creative staffing plans, conduct interviews across various sectors, and maintain strong relationships with Business Account Managers to ensure successful placements.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop creative staffing plans to generate a qualified pool of applicants for current and future openings
- Conduct interviews for a wide range of positions in energy, engineering, manufacturing, and light industrial sectors
- Leverage AI tools and platforms to enhance sourcing, screening, and candidate qualification processes
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Recruiter in a staffing agency, preferably within energy, engineering, manufacturing, or light industrial
- Strong knowledge of the recruiting and staffing industry
- Proficiency with candidate sourcing platforms such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Computer literate, especially in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Bullhorn
