Job Summary
To support end-to-end recruiting efforts for technical roles, the part-time 1099 Contractor Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from intake to offer stage
- Source and engage technical talent through various channels, including LinkedIn and job boards
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for technical or technology-focused roles
- Experience supporting government contracting or federal hiring environments
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Pinpoint
- Experience using Jira for workflow tracking and task management
