Job Summary

To support a growing talent acquisition function, the full-time Technical Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruiting for Engineering, Product, and AI roles in a hybrid work environment, focusing on building strong candidate pipelines and partnering with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, managing active requisitions with prioritization
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates, ensuring a steady flow of qualified applicants
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define hiring profiles and drive alignment throughout the hiring process
Required qualifications
  • 3-6+ years of recruiting experience, specifically for technical roles
  • Proven experience in hiring for Engineering, Product, and AI-related positions
  • Strong ability to source and engage passive candidates using various tools and strategies
  • Experience working closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies and provide market insights
  • Highly organized with a results-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously
