Job Summary
To support a prominent client, the contract Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for technical roles, partner with hiring managers, and build direct sourcing strategies while working 100% remotely for approximately six months.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical candidates
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach and support diversity hiring initiatives
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, particularly in technical fields
- Proven experience recruiting for roles in Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data reporting and insights
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
