Job Summary

To support a growing engineering staffing firm, the remote Technical Recruiter will develop staffing plans, conduct interviews across various sectors, and maintain candidate databases while leveraging AI tools for enhanced recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop creative staffing plans to generate a qualified pool of applicants
  • Conduct interviews for positions in energy, engineering, manufacturing, and light industrial sectors
  • Research industry trends and maintain strong relationships with Business Account Managers
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a Recruiter in a staffing agency
  • Strong knowledge of the recruiting and staffing industry
  • Proficiency with candidate sourcing platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Computer literate, especially in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
