Job Summary

To support the growth of engineering and data center organizations, the contract Technical Recruiter will source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering with hiring managers and executives in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Advise managers on staffing policies and make hiring recommendations based on candidate evaluations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training
  • 10 or more years of experience in customer service or talent acquisition
  • Experience supporting executive-level talent acquisition and engineering organizations
  • Strong knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices
  • Familiarity with data center operations and their unique hiring needs is preferred
