Job Summary

Experienced technical recruiters will find a full-time remote opportunity focused on full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and design roles, utilizing innovative sourcing techniques and AI tools to enhance the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, ensuring a thoughtful candidate experience from sourcing to offer negotiation
• Build and maintain sourcing pipelines using AI-assisted tools to identify and engage passive technical talent
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective interview processes

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in technical recruiting, particularly for engineering, product, and design roles
• Familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing techniques and recruiting technology tools
• Ability to quickly learn and engage in new technical domains
• Experience tracking and reporting on recruiting metrics
• Background in fintech, mortgage, or financial services is a plus
