Job Summary
Partnering with IT Leadership, the full-time Technical Recruiter will manage the recruitment process for IT positions, including sourcing, prescreening, and onboarding candidates, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates for open IT positions using Workday, Phenom, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting through onboarding
- Collaborate with IT leaders on job descriptions, interview processes, and offer details
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for technical positions such as engineers and application developers
- Experience managing full recruitment processes, including sourcing and negotiating offers
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems like Workday or Phenom
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to create a positive candidate experience while managing hiring manager relationships
