Job Summary

Partnering with IT Leadership, the full-time Technical Recruiter will manage the recruitment process for IT positions, including sourcing, prescreening, and onboarding candidates, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates for open IT positions using Workday, Phenom, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting through onboarding
• Collaborate with IT leaders on job descriptions, interview processes, and offer details

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience recruiting for technical positions such as engineers and application developers
• Experience managing full recruitment processes, including sourcing and negotiating offers
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems like Workday or Phenom
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to create a positive candidate experience while managing hiring manager relationships
