Job Summary
To support a growing engineering staffing firm, the remote Technical Recruiter will develop creative staffing plans, conduct interviews across various sectors, and maintain strong relationships with Business Account Managers.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop creative staffing plans to generate a qualified pool of applicants for current and future openings
- Conduct interviews for a wide range of positions in energy, engineering, manufacturing, and light industrial sectors
- Research industry trends and requirements to identify suitable candidates
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Recruiter in a staffing agency, preferably within energy, engineering, manufacturing, or light industrial
- Proficiency with candidate sourcing platforms such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc
- Computer literate, especially in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Bullhorn
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of the recruiting and staffing industry
