Job Summary

Seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience in UK & EU IT hiring, the contract position will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and placement of candidates for various technical roles, while working in a hybrid environment based in Bristol.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for diverse IT positions, collaborating closely with hiring managers
  • Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and ensure a steady flow of talent
Required qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition focused on technical (IT) recruitment
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technical skills within the recruitment process
  • Proven experience in the UK & EU recruitment market is mandatory
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Experience sourcing for a variety of technical roles in the IT industry
