Job Summary
Seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience in UK & EU IT hiring, the contract position will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and placement of candidates for various technical roles, while working in a hybrid environment based in Bristol.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for diverse IT positions, collaborating closely with hiring managers
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and ensure a steady flow of talent
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition focused on technical (IT) recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technical skills within the recruitment process
- Proven experience in the UK & EU recruitment market is mandatory
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Experience sourcing for a variety of technical roles in the IT industry
