Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Staff Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and R&D roles, act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, and develop data-driven sourcing strategies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes across all R&D functions, from sourcing to offer negotiations
- Act as a strategic Talent Partner, aligning technical hiring with long-term business objectives
- Build and execute data-driven sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber technical talent globally
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, particularly in hiring Software Development Engineers and Engineering Managers
- Experience hiring technical talent across the US and familiarity with international hiring nuances, especially in Europe
- Expertise in negotiating competitive compensation packages and equity structures
- Strong commitment to using market intelligence and analytics to optimize recruiting processes
- Passion for leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance recruiting practices
