Job Summary

To support the growth of an AI-native educational initiative, the full-time contract Technical Recruiter will leverage AI tools to source and engage top talent while building strong relationships with hiring managers in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit exceptional candidates to enhance opportunities for aspiring software engineers
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to improve candidate quality in the interview process
• Implement effective strategies for sourcing, screening, and engaging talent using AI tools

Required qualifications

• Passionate about transforming computer science education for an AI-native generation
• 3+ years of talent engagement experience in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineering and data science
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in the recruiting process
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
