Job Summary

Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in technical talent acquisition
- Exceptional sourcing ability with a knack for developing effective search strategies
- Strong interviewing skills with the judgment to identify standout candidates
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to various roles and hiring challenges
- High degree of ownership, accountability, and personal standards
