Job Summary

Owning the full-cycle recruiting process, the full-time Technical Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles across Product, Design, and Engineering in a remote environment, partnering closely with stakeholders to build a world-class team.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial outreach through offer acceptance for technical roles
  • Implement strategic sourcing to engage passive talent and understand the competitive job market
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define roles and build processes, acting as a strategic advisor for hiring needs
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a high-growth technology company or rapidly scaling start-up
  • Proven track record of hiring for technical roles
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Operational excellence with a data-driven approach
