Job Summary

To support various business units, the remote Technical Recruiter will source technical talent, drive stakeholder relationships, and negotiate offers while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing technical talent including Full Stack Engineers, DevOps, and Cloud Infrastructure specialists
• Driving stakeholder relationships through intake meetings and gathering feedback
• Screening candidates for hard skills and cultural fit to ensure alignment with organizational values

Required qualifications

• Proven passive and strategic sourcing skills using Boolean search and LinkedIn
• Strong data analysis skills to develop effective sourcing strategies based on metrics
• Industry awareness of current talent and market trends in technology sectors
• Technical fluency to assess hard skills during candidate screening
• Excellent communication skills for outreach and stakeholder management
