Job Summary

Seeking an ambitious Technical Recruiter for a full-time remote position, who will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies, and drive outbound sourcing campaigns for specialized technology roles in the defense sector.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define and execute recruitment strategies for mission-critical roles
• Manage a full-cycle recruiting process, sourcing top-tier technical and non-technical talent
• Drive outbound sourcing campaigns to build diverse pipelines for niche technology roles

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth startup or B2B SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of the defense technology, SaaS, PaaS, or GovTech landscape
• Advanced capability in mapping talent landscapes and building cold-outreach messaging
• Hands-on experience with modern recruitment platforms like Ashby, Lever, or Greenhouse
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment marketing strategies
