Required qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth startup or B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of the defense technology, SaaS, PaaS, or GovTech landscape
  • Advanced capability in mapping talent landscapes and building cold-outreach messaging
  • Hands-on experience with modern recruitment platforms like Ashby, Lever, or Greenhouse
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment marketing strategies
