Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time Technical Recruiter will manage the recruitment process for Federal IT candidates, utilizing various sourcing strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop innovative strategies to identify and fill the candidate pipeline with qualified applicants
  • Review resumes and assess candidates' skill sets against job requisitions
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other tools to manage candidate information and facilitate the recruitment process
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Federal/DoD recruiting
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
