Job Summary
To support a growing team, the part-time Technical Recruiter will manage the recruitment process for Federal IT candidates, utilizing various sourcing strategies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop innovative strategies to identify and fill the candidate pipeline with qualified applicants
- Review resumes and assess candidates' skill sets against job requisitions
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other tools to manage candidate information and facilitate the recruitment process
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Federal/DoD recruiting
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
