Job Summary
Committed to hiring top talent in Canada, the full-time Technical Recruiter will drive the recruiting process by sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while fostering strong relationships with hiring managers in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates
- Develop and leverage comprehensive sourcing strategies through various channels to provide high-quality candidates
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to identify specific talent needs for multiple positions
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS or equivalent preferred
- 7-10 years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in an IT consulting environment
- Strong experience recruiting for skills such as Oracle Cloud ERP, Integration, and Analytics
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, specifically Oracle HCM
- Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
