Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the fully remote Technical Recruiter will execute full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering positions in the utilities sector while managing high-volume requisitions and collaborating with offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting for a variety of technical roles, including SAP/Oracle specialists and Telecom/Network Engineers
• Source, screen, qualify, and submit candidates for contractual opportunities, focusing on rate negotiations and compliance
• Utilize BullHorn ATS to track activity, manage candidate pipelines, and provide regular status updates

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on contractual staffing (C2C, W2)
• Experience in the Utilities industry or technical/engineering recruiting environments
• Proven track record in high-volume recruiting settings
• Experience collaborating with offshore recruiting teams
• Proficiency with BullHorn ATS; VMS experience is a plus
