Job Summary

To drive full life-cycle recruitment for an elite management consulting practice, the long-term contract Technical Recruiter will utilize advanced sourcing techniques and AI tools to attract top-tier talent while partnering with hiring managers in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including screening and offer negotiation
  • Utilize cold-calling and networking to build a pipeline of elite technical and consulting candidates
  • Provide strategic guidance and market intelligence to practice leaders through strong consultative relationships
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or professional services environment
  • Strong technical recruiting background with the ability to manage diverse skill sets and complex requests
  • Expertise in sourcing GenAI, LLM, and NLP specialists, with familiarity in prompt engineering and foundational models
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders
