Job Summary

To support a growing defense technology company, the remote Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle technical recruiting for specialized roles while also enhancing People Operations processes, including onboarding and employee lifecycle programs.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions in Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, and Operations Research
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, align on candidate profiles, and drive efficient hiring decisions
  • Support the development of onboarding programs and optimize employee lifecycle processes for improved efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or technology environment
  • Proven ability to manage the entire talent funnel, including complex offer negotiations
  • Strong interest in People Operations beyond just filling positions
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build processes from the ground up
