Job Summary

To support a growing practice in the defense technology sector, the remote Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized technical roles, collaborate with hiring managers, and enhance People Operations processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute the end-to-end recruitment process for roles in Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, and Operations Research
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and streamline hiring decisions
• Support the development of onboarding programs and optimize employee lifecycle processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in a high-growth startup or technology environment
• Proven ability to manage the entire talent funnel from intake to offer negotiations
• Strong interest in People Operations beyond just filling positions
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build processes from the ground up
