Job Summary
Driving full life-cycle recruitment for a high-growth management consulting practice, the long-term contract Technical Recruiter will leverage advanced sourcing tools and strategies to attract elite professional services talent while partnering with practice leaders in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including aggressive passive sourcing and interview coordination
- Utilize advanced cold-calling and networking techniques to build strong pipelines of elite technical and consulting candidates
- Provide strategic guidance and market intelligence to hiring managers, ensuring alignment with the firm's recruitment processes
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or professional services/management consulting setting
- Strong technical recruiting background with the ability to manage diverse skill sets and complex requests
- Proven expertise in sourcing GenAI, LLM, and NLP specialists, with familiarity in prompt engineering and foundational models
- Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with a preference for Workday
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing executive-level stakeholders and candidates
