Job Summary
To support hiring across Engineering, Product, and AI-focused roles, the full-time Technical Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build high-quality candidate pipelines, and partner closely with hiring managers in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, ensuring clear prioritization and pipeline health
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates while delivering a steady flow of qualified candidates
- Run structured intake meetings with hiring managers and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process
Required qualifications
- 3-6+ years of recruiting experience, specifically for technical roles
- Experience hiring for Engineering, Product, and/or AI-related positions
- Strong track record of sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and outbound outreach strategies
- Ability to work closely with hiring managers and influence hiring strategies
