Job Summary
Supporting a growing portfolio of federal government healthcare technology programs, the full-time Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various IT positions in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding support
- Source qualified technical candidates using various recruiting channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
- Conduct pre-screen interviews to evaluate candidates' technical backgrounds and maintain proactive communication throughout the hiring process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in Information Technology
- Experience recruiting in areas such as software engineering, AI/ML, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruiting channels
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical requisitions in a fast-paced environment
