Job Summary

Supporting a fast-paced SaaS environment, the full-time Technical Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, partnering with hiring leaders to identify and engage top talent on a 3-month contract basis remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings to offer negotiation and candidate closing
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels to build diverse pipelines for technical positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and ensure a high-quality candidate experience
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a technical recruiter in SaaS or technology companies
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting and adapt sourcing strategies for different roles
  • Skilled in evaluating technical resumes and engaging with candidates on software engineering and product management topics
  • Hands-on proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
  • Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management with hiring managers and executives
