Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment process, from building talent pipelines to closing offers, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to establish effective hiring practices.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with technical leadership to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruiting guidance
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent to support current and future hiring initiatives
- Lead strategic sourcing efforts to engage top-tier candidates across various technical disciplines
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven success in building strong technical teams within high-growth companies
- Ability to develop relationships with hiring partners and serve as a trusted advisor
- Strong understanding of data and metrics to influence recruiting strategies
- Familiarity with trends in technology and the startup landscape
