Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter for a full-time remote position, who will manage full lifecycle recruiting for technology roles, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and AI tools to attract top talent while collaborating with hiring managers to meet competitive hiring goals.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
- Conduct market research on candidate data and utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify top talent
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition for technical roles
- Experience with AI tools such as UKG, Eightfold, or Microsoft Copilot is preferred
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand business functions
