Job Summary

To help shape and scale the Engineering, Product, and Design organization, the full-time Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting processes, partner with hiring managers, and actively source top technical talent in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process while partnering with the Head of Engineering and Engineering Managers
  • Actively source, screen, and evaluate candidates to determine their fit for the company and roles
  • Develop creative strategies for engaging top talent through various outreach methods and collaboration with the recruiting team
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry
  • Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit
  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other techniques
  • Consultative and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Expertise in leveraging tools like Gem and Greenhouse for metrics and talent pipeline development
