Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Associate Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions in a remote setting, focusing on sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to support government contracts and proposals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from application review to onboarding for various roles
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, networking, and referrals
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on hiring strategies
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in technical or GovCon roles
- Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
