Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter, the full-time remote position will manage full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles across government contracts, focusing on sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from application review to onboarding for various roles
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, and referrals
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on hiring strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year focused on technical or GovCon roles
  • Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of security clearance requirements and compliance considerations
