Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing talent acquisition team, the contract Technical Recruiter will proactively source candidates, coordinate interviews, and enhance the candidate experience while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through various channels and maintain talent pipelines
• Schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Assist recruiters with requisition management and maintain accurate records in the ATS

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of recruiting, sourcing, talent coordination, or HR experience
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office tools
