Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing AI Implementation and Enablement practice, the full-time Contract Technical Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, focusing on sourcing and hiring exceptional talent in artificial intelligence and related fields while working remotely from anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and consulting positions, from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner with leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities and hiring timelines
• Source, attract, and recruit highly qualified candidates for AI-focused positions, including roles in generative AI and machine learning

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting highly technical positions in a corporate environment
• Demonstrated success recruiting AI professionals across multiple levels, including early career and technical leadership roles
• Strong understanding of AI-related technologies and familiarity with candidates from Anthropic Academy and/or OpenAI Academy
• Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and modern recruiting tools
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches while delivering a high-quality candidate experience
