Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Technical Recruiter will partner with hiring leaders to assess staffing needs, create job postings, and proactively source and screen candidates for Data Center Engineer roles.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to determine sourcing strategies and manage the recruitment lifecycle in Workday
• Proactively source, attract, and screen technical candidates while advising on effective interviewing techniques
• Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates and track recruiting metrics to support business outcomes

Required qualifications

• Prior experience recruiting for technical/engineering roles, preferably in data center or infrastructure engineering
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
• Experience with Workday or similar ATS/HRIS platforms
• Strong negotiation, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills
• Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government for access to export-controlled commodities and technology
