Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

To build a technical hiring engine at a rapidly growing SaaS company, the full-time remote Technical Recruiter will develop and manage full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, QA, and product management roles while proactively sourcing candidates and partnering with engineering leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from intake through offer negotiation
• Partner with engineering managers to scope roles and build hiring plans aligned with the R&D roadmap
• Proactively source passive candidates using various technical platforms and design screening processes in collaboration with hiring managers

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a focus on hiring software engineers
• Demonstrated experience in proactively sourcing passive technical candidates
• Working fluency in engineering roles and technology stacks to assess technical fit
• Experience collaborating with engineering leadership to create hiring strategies and calibrate interview panels
• Strong proficiency with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
