Job Summary
To support a growing IT consulting firm, the full-time remote Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various technical positions, partnering with hiring managers to develop strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source passive and active technical candidates using various platforms and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably for IT or technology positions
- Proven success in sourcing passive technical talent
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Experience conducting phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates
