To support a growing hiring engine, the full-time remote Technical Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for engineering roles, collaborate with senior leadership on strategic hiring initiatives, and enhance candidate experiences through data-driven outreach and interview processes.
Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS environments
- Proven success in scaling teams and building recruiting infrastructure from scratch
- Experience recruiting top talent from leading AI and tech companies
- Deep understanding of competencies across levels and roles
- Proficiency with multiple ATS and sourcing tools
