Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting across technical functions, including Engineering, Data, Product, and AI/ML, while building relationships with candidates and hiring managers to enhance the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake to closing candidates for technical roles
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates
• Provide expertise on talent market dynamics and collaborate with hiring leaders on candidate profiles and hiring strategies

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house or agency
• Experience recruiting for technical roles, including Engineering, Data, Product, and AI/ML
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and fill hard-to-fill technical roles
• Experience partnering with hiring managers on candidate profiles and sourcing strategies
• Familiarity with recruiting tools and ATS platforms, with a preference for Greenhouse
